I took a pair of pants up that had a few small spots in the bottom of the leg and pointed them out. Got my pants back, stains were not touched. She offered to try again, at my cost. No thanks. Maybe dry cleaning for dry cleaning sake is fine up there, but if you have stains try it somewhere else. Those stains came out fine with a little shout, so not sure they even tried to get them out.

I dropped off my oversized king comforter to just have it dry cleaned and they charged me $65 to have remains of dry detergent bits all up in my nice blanket and left it feeling so griddy and gave it to me in just a trash bag bunched up. They told me, “the blanket was almost too large to fit in our washers”.....umm...you’re business is dry cleaning though...right? So you think you would have the machinery to be able to be prepared for things that people can’t do at their own homes in which why they would come to you to get it cleaned lmao I went to champion cleaners the next time and they only charged me $46 to have it dry cleaned and got all the dry detergent out that kleen a matic left and folded it in a nice plastic case back to me. Highly recommend them over this place
