It's really refreshing to walk into a retail store and 1st off be greeted with a smile, and assisted with kindness and not feel like a burden, as a retail manager who prefers to shop online due to instore poor customer service, Lexie and Chelsea were amazing

If you are looking for today's fashion trends without paying an arm and leg, them this is the place to be. Rue 21 always has some type of sale going and while the clothes aren't Walmart cheap the quality isn't either. They could be a tad bit more organized but other than that, I will continue to shop here for my family.
