We called that our water was completely out (due to toilet issue/not city service)....they left us and our 3 babies with NO WATER at all for over 48 hours and then acted like we were the problem. Our microwave, which is "included with the rent" stopped functioning. They say "we will be there today or tomorrow to fix it." You guessed it--NO SHOWS! Our lease ended 10/31. We asked if we could extent to 11/15 as we were closing on our house on 10/31 and could not move that day. They AGREED. Next week, "NO, you can't move out, WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE FULL MONTH." This all ignores that the house was full of roaches and other crazy bugs the entire time we lived there--we have never had bugs in any home we have lived in before so it was not us--these homes are just nasty! We came from out of state and didn't know better--PLEASE do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere, for your own sanity!

Very unprofessional in the front. Glad I saved my money and not moved in. Mandy in front told me "my attuide was raw" , and "if you get to rent from us". She informed me that day they don't do pest control at any of the property's witch to me makes me shiver a little. You never know what your neighbor has or what the house you about to move into may have. All I did was show her an email stating I was off my lease and I didnt know if she needed. But that day I can say lord blessed me by her staying house wouldn't be ready. Not to mention the house I looked at seems like they didnt even do a walk threw. Because there was a hole in the deck I had to inform them about. Maybe get better front desk manners since you are the show of the company. Thanks So I also did a little digging and found out that the front office women HAS DUI, AND WAS CAUGHT WITH MARIJUANA!!!!! So Quick to JUDGE others I guess you wasnt either high enough of drunk enough that's why my attuide was sounding RAW to you.

We glad we move out because the house we are in has full of bugs, and don’t even bother about your deposit because they will charge you no matter how clean you leave the property. We called almost every month for some issue, toilet, air condition out, etc and no weekend or emergency, imagine not having toilet for three days!!! Never again!
