I bought a tiny home that was under warranty, when the water heater failed, Legacy home rep wouldn't warranty it. I filed a complaint w/the BBB in the meantime I had to fix it myself to be compliant w/ renters laws. Never was able to invoke the warranty. I guess BBB just ignored that fact.? Then I ended up having a 2nd issue where the company didn't give me the certificate of origin. They claim they sent it & say I signed for it ( I didn't receive it or sign for it). BBB didn't follow through to see if it was true or not just took their word for it & closed my case. The company did produce a document w/a signature but it wasn't my signature. BBB Didn't solve either issue I still don't have a certificate of origin and have no idea where to go to fix the issue. Thanks for nothing BBB

Do your own homework. Don't rely on BBB for accurate information concerning businesses these days. Most online business information is boosted by social media, friends and families.

H-H Transmission Auto Care fraud scam dishonest behavior beating customers out of money for services they did not perform in their vehicle. Disrespectful toward customers talking negative aggressive in manners like people stupid while stealing from them about services need to be investigated and closed down.

Warning stay away. They run a pay to play. Michele Mason was evil when i complained she suspended my service after 20 years with no problem. I had to jump through hoops to get all bbb signs down she Michele Mason threatening me with a lawsuit,
