The receptionist is rude and will talk to you like you're a child. I tried 3 different times over the span of a month to get my son in here after moving to the area and for one reason or another was refused. This last time, the receptionist told me they couldn't see my child without his shot record... while literally holding his shot record in her hand.. horrible experience. That woman needs to be fired

My 5 year old son developed a fever early Sunday morning & even with Motrin it seemed to continue to get worse. The office was closed on Sunday, however I left a message with answering service & received a very quick response back from Dr. Hommel. She discussed Carsons symptoms with me at length & advised to bring him in Monday morning at 8:30. By 9:30 Carson was checked in, evaluated, tested for strep, diagnosed with strep, & checked out. This means the world to a sleep deprived mother! I know this takes every single person from check in to check out to run so smoothly so I wanted to take 5 minutes to express how thankful & appreciated everyone at your office was today. A trip to the doctor when youre a very sick little boy can be traumatizing, but he left with a sucker & a smile!!! Again, thank you for everything you all do!!

5 stars for the physicians, my children have been seen by all 4. Especially Dr. Stout, she is very caring and thorough in her exams. But I'd have to give zero stars for the receptionist, I believe her name was Sheila (older lady with glasses)? Anyways, very rude from the start of conversation to the end. But her attitude totally changed when Dr Makres entered the front desk area. Definitely needs to work on how she speaks to people and if she can't be kind then maybe she shouldn't be working with the public, especially parents with small children.

Dr. Makres took care of me as a child along with my brothers, nephews, and even my son now (3 months old). He is the absolute best, he is funny and jokes with you, listens to your concerns and explains things without belittling you or making you feel dumb for your concerns (especially as a first time mother). I loved Dr. Hommel as well as a child but I havent seen her since I had my son, Im leased with such a great doctor in our area.
