I have been a patient here for many years but today I was made to feel attacked over a bill by the one of the front office staff. The bill will get paid but my family and I will look for a new dentist. She was very rude and aggressive and immediately made remarks that was uncalled for.

Unfortunately Dr. Dickson convinced my mother years ago that he could do braces as well as regular dentistry. He severely negatively affected my bite, pulled teeth that did not need to be pulled, and created an underbite that I then I had to get braces for a second time later in life. It is still impacting me into adulthood and I was sway anyone away from his practice and professional opinions.
