I have luckily found, it took some digging, of Tim Hudson accepting three checks to represent me and my family, this was before he took money to represent a client against me and my family. I believe he can be disbarred for this.Copies of these checks have been sent to the Attorney General Office as well as records, we have requested that Hudson be censured and temporarily barred from practicing due to conflict of interest, ethics concerns, and an investigation.After his wife left him he apparently became an alcoholic and a pathological liar

He lied and he backstabbed us, lied to judge, and our attorney, should not be practicing law anywhere in this country or maybe Hunter Biden would take him in I dont know who wants a dirty lawyer to represent them. If you hire Tim Hudson a few years later he will probably take a case against you because he doesnt know that is considered very unethical in his business. Especially trying to take advantage of practicing law in two different states he has abused the system many years. Bad reputation for being a nasty jerk.

This guy loves to hear himself talk. I couldn't get a word in on the phone for the longest time. I had to let his batteries run out before I could say anything lol. Go with a different attorney. This guy is rude and a waste of time.
