We called in the morning and they were here in hrs. We needed a backhoe since the tank was deep. The next morning at 9 am Jeremy was here and started digging. Zack and Jeremy did a great job digging around it. Put in a part and refilled the hole. Jeremy was soo careful and did a great job leaving the yard great. Both of them were great at answering our questions since we know nothing about septic tanks or how to care for it. I highly recommend them. They are great guys and the price was a lot lower than I thought. Thank you both!!

Budget Drain Masters pumped our overfilled septic tank on the 19th of February 2020. When I contacted them that morning, I was told that they were booked-up, but would try to fit us in. I'm happy to say they did, even though "Zack" arrived after what I thought was quitting time for them. Never-the-less, Zack went about his job with a friendly, yet professional manner and with a positive attitude. We highly recommend this company.
