This is a company that is straight forward, thorough, and reasonable. Just an all around nice guy. He was at home after work, cleaning his pool when I called and he still came to look at my unit. Great business man.

Ladies have no fear!!! My AC went out while my husband was out of town. Jeff B. was able to come out promptly, and while my unit is 18 years old, the problem didnt require an immediately huge purchase. Jeff cleaned/serviced my 2 units and also identified a potentially dangerous electrical issue that an electrician confirmed and repaired. Jeff could have taken me for a dishonest ride, but he didnt. He was professional, courteous, clean-cut, his prices were fair, he walked me thru what he was doing, and he was very patient and welcoming with my many questions. Jeff came highly recommended by another former customer and I can see why. When my compressor finally does go out I'm going to call South Eastern Comfort, LLC - for sure. I highly recommend this company.
