There out to get take your money and that's it! My mother took some insurance with them! 1st red flag: they wasn't taking her money out her bank every month she would have to call them every month to see why! 2nd red flag: They didn't send her no package in the mail as they suppose too & she continuously called them & they would say it should be the 5-7 business days( those days went by NOTHING) 3rd red flag if a company gives you a policy number your policy number should not change at all! So why did the policy number change?

DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. THEIR GOAL IS TO FIND EVERY REASON NOT PAY DEATH CLAIMS AND KEEP THE MONEY. THEY SIGNED HIM UP AND COVERED HIM KNOWING HE WAS SICK. THEY PLACED A CAP ON THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE HE COULD PURCHASE BECAUSE HE WAS SICK AND THEY KNEW IT SIGNING HIM UP FOR THE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY. THEY EVEN TOOK THE PREMIUM AFTER MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONTHLY PREMIUM. THEY REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH ME CONCERNING THE CLAIM AND TOLD ME THEY COULD TAKE UP TO 2 YEARS TO PROCESS THE CLAIM IF THEY WANTED TO. AS MY HUSBAND STILL LAYS IN THE MORGUE, 3+ MONTHS LATER, I WAIT ON BANKER'S LIFE BRENTWOOD TO PROCESS HIS CLAIM. THEY GO HOME EVERY NIGHT WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS! NEXT TIME SOMEONE FROM BANKER'S LIFE WALKS YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD SELLING LIFE INSURANCE, JUST GIVE THEM A SOLID "NO THANK YOU" AND SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY.
