        They're fine with taking your money but when you need assistance they can't answer your questions or return your calls. I still haven't received my new plan info or cards & it's been months. Now I see why they have complaints filed with the TN Dept of Commerce

        Tom Law dropped the ball and didn’t have the integrity to admit his mistake. I’ve filed a complaint with the TN Department of Commerce with the hope they can prevent his carelessness and lack of follow through from negatively impacting others.
