Beware of the numerous reviews here from employees, family members, friends, and incentivized endorsers of the company. Dont be fooled by the reviews here or the companies responses to the bad reviews that are nothing more than to try to deceive other people for when they read the bad review!!! Make sure to check out the bad Facebook review for WeGrowHairIndy to find out more information about PAI Medical Group. FYI - to give a quick example the reviews here have four reviews combined from the owner Michael and his wife Cindy. They each have two accounts that you can find where they left reviews from each one. This is just one of the ways how the company operates as mentioned with these illegitimate reviews to try to deceive people!

I had a consultation for a procedure. It went fine. A nice lady told me the price, and I was planning on financing it. I was then told Id need to schedule another appt with the dr to make sure it was doable for what I needed- no problem. We made the appt but she said he would actually call me back to confirm that he would be available that time. I never wrote it down because I was expecting a confirmation callback- nothing. Idk if it got lost, assumed I couldnt pay, didnt take me seriously because of how I look. Either way its poor communication and you lost out on thousands of dollars from a potential client. This was all back in January. Do not bother asking me to reach back out, my time is important and will go elsewhere.

2 transplants (FUTs), 3 PRP treatments, and over $20K later = Underwhelming results. To be fair, Ill list both the pros and cons that I experienced during my time here. Pros (Why Im rating this place 2/5 instead of 1/5): All of the staff members are very nice people. Unfortunately, I didnt pay $20K just to meet nice people. Cons: You pay for the surface area, NOT for the amount of graphs that are transplanted. In other words, for the area youll want covered, youll pay a certain amount, and they can transplant 1 graph or 10,000 graphs - the price is the same. The way they make money is brilliant, so Ill give them that. In other words, during the first procedure, the surgeon will purposely separate each graph far enough from each other, so when the hair regrows, the surface area appears significantly thin, and youre bound to opt into a second surgery to continue to fill up your hair. I fell into this trap, and opted into a second surgery. The same thing happened. 1 year after my second surgery, and my hairline still looks incomplete and very thin. I was told PRP treatments can fix this, so I opted into 3 treatments. Alas, the PRP treatments didnt fix it. Also, the surgeons (I had 2 different surgeons for both treatments) placed my hair graphs in the opposite direction in which my hair naturally grows, making the newly implanted hair graphs painfully obvious. Some context: Each of my surgeries costed me $9K (for $18K total), and each PRP treatment costed me $1.5K ($4.5K total), totaling $22.5K for unfinished results. Prior to the first surgery, I had a massive widows peak, and I simply wanted the widows peak filled in, for a straight hairline. To-date, you can still see the widows peak, and the transplanted hair in the formerly bald areas simply makes it look like Im thinning in those areas now. Advice for new customers: Yes, the models shown on the billboards and in the office are real (the billboard photos might be manipulated, but youll see videos of models in the office). However, I failed to ask during my consultation *how many* transplants the models received to achieved those desired results. If you have unlimited funds and years of time to kill, itll take *at least* 3 sessions to achieve your desired results. Its recommended to wait 12 months post-surgery before getting a 2nd surgery, so if you have a similar surgery done like me, expect to spend $30K (or more, depending on your coverage) over the span of 3 years, minimum. Disclaimer: Youll receive instructions post-treatment, teaching you how to care for your new implants for the best results. I followed this plan religiously and still fell short of expected results. Now-a-days, I take finasteride to maintain my existing hair, and oral minoxidil to boost the thickness of what I have left. Ive seen positive results of both treatments. I also have an LLLT helmet (low light laser therapy), however I havent seen any significant results from that. Future plans: Im brainstorming a third session, however Im not going back to this clinic because I dont trust them anymore. Ive been looking at other local companies that charge you per graph, not per surface area. Fun fact: All of the 5-star reviews you see here on Google? Were incentivized to give them 5 stars to receive 1 free in-house LLLT treatment (which consist of stronger lasers than at-home laser helmets). This is why youll see 4.8/5 stars here and 1.6/5 stars on Yelp.
