UPDATE: After seeing the pictures you uploaded with your review it is clear that this is not an arrangement made by Accent Flowers. I can understand your dissatisfaction with what you received but your picture indicates you were on the website for a different florist (Reema Florist.net is in no way affiliated with Accent Flowers) and the card accompanying the flowers does not reflect our business name but rather that of Reema Flowers. I am not sure why you have left a review on the business page for Accent Flowers as we had nothing to do with this order. In light of this, I would ask that you please delete your review under our business name as this is not our work and redirect your review to the business that you placed your order with - their business website is clearly stated at the bottom of the website picture you included. Accent Flowers has an excellent rating on Google and we do not want it damaged by your misleading review. Original Response: Thank you for your feedback.
