Kellye N. Rice DMD

I have been a patient of Dr. Rice for years. I called desperate to see her because I had a dental emergency. Kay rudely informed me that they did not have an opening till June 1st. I asked if there was any way they could get me in before then. She said no and that I should probably go elsewhere. That is exactly what I did. I am just as important as the next patient. Kay made me feel like I was not an important patient. I won't be back.

From the moment I made my new patient appointment, Dr. Kellye Rice's staff made me feel like family. The service I received during my visit was top notch, and I truly felt cared for as an individual, not a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Kellye Rice and her extraordinary staff to anyone, especially those that have any issues with visiting a dentist, as I have in the past, they just put you at ease.

Excellent service and follow up. Everything was thoroughly explained and had no pain during extensive work. Dr Rice called that evening to be certain I was doing fine.

I've been coming here for a little over a year now and have been as patient as possible. At this point, I believe it's safe to say that I will not be returning and will not be recommending this office to anyone that I know is in need of a family dentist. Almost a year ago, I purchased their Clear Correct service, a service that is similar to Invisalign. I was told that the process would take anywhere from 6 - 8 months. While the process started as described, the quality of service quickly declined over the next few months. I have shown up to an appointment (twice) on-time only to be sent home with a message stating that they didn't receive my new trays as expected. I would have much rather received a phone call the night before asking for a reschedule vs. driving to the office only to be sent home. The most recent instance happened just last week when I was supposed to come in and pick up my final set of trays. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I received a call stating that the trays had not yet arrived and that we'll need to reschedule for next (this) week. Fast forward to today and I just received a call asking me to come back in for another 30+ minute appointment to re-scan my teeth (this was already done several weeks ago and trays are typically available several weeks after the scan). I received no explanation as to why I was being asked to come back in for another scan. Unfortunately, I won't have much of an option since this is the last step and I ended up paying more than $4,000 out of pocket for the service. Needless to say, once I receive my final set of trays, I will not be returning to this office or practice.
