This is much needed training for managers at any level. Understanding how to gain respect and do it in a tactful, professional manner is the biggest takeaway. I’m looking forward to using what I learned today to build my team up to be more successful and more productive. I’m hanging the Rules of Work poster in my home office and my work office. My advice to managers…get to this seminar, and take lots of notes!

Glenn is truly outstanding!! I have worked for this organization for over 33 years, and the two most meaningful and helpful trainings I have been to are Steven Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and Glenn Shepard’s management seminar. I have now attended Glenn’s seminar twice, and the second time was as inspiring and motivating as the first. Awesome job!!!
