Dr. Selkin didn't do my first procedure. however he did do an enhancement on my right eye in 2005. I was never told of the risks of reopening that flap or I never would have done that. The risk is cell growth under the eye and dry eye. I have been battling both ever since. Severe pain. feels like an ice pick stabbing my eye. Not only that, my vision didn't improve, it got worse.

So much for lifetime touch-up, I called and left a message, I did get a call back the next day saying that they had a 1oclock appointment, I took it and she gave me the address in Brentwood, showed up at 12:45 doors locked, no one has been here in months, sticker from UPS from a month ago, notice from the gas company on door.. Now I'm screwed out of 3500.00 !!

Probably best to find somewhere else for your laser surgery.
Service was fine when the surgery was done. In and out. Ask for medical records, however and it is nearly impossible to communicate with the office. Emails are rarely responded to, phone only ever goes to voicemail (have been calling 15 times in 2 weeks during business hours with no one EVER answering). Voicemail says to expect someone to comtact you back within 24 hours, but that's far from realistic.
Tomorrow, two weeks after my initial medical record request was sent, I am going to start faxing in a request every hour until the request is fulfilled.
