        Property was enveloped in weeds, trash, fruit flies and dust. Across from busy lumber yard. Grossly misrepresented. No A/C on 2nd floor. Owner not present. Daughter shows up and was about to leave. We decided to leave after 5 minutes. Daughter had already left. Refused to give refund.
