Enjoy views of beautiful Lake Ocoee, also known as Parksville lake, along with the surrounding Chilhowee, Big Frog, and Sugarloaf Mountains. At night the Marina lights provide their own magical charm augmented by the seasonal serenade of the Katydids and Jarflys and the relaxing Firefly display. While our motel dates back to the 1950's, the rooms have been updated with new decor offering a unique blend of the old and the new. Our Marina offers boat rentals: pontoon, kayak, canoes and SUPs.
