        I have been baking with Insouth for 19 years and have never had a bad experience. There communication is excellent and any time I have had fraudulent or suspicious activity they take care of it immediately. Great place to bank with.

        I’d entrust my money with a group of puppies with full bladders before I use the services of Insouth Bank again. We had a large amount of money removed from our account via fraudulent debit charges and the struggle to get our money back was ridiculous. When asked why none of these transactions were red flagged, I was told “We don’t block specific states anymore so I guess it slipped through”. Again, this was a large sum of money. I’m sure if this happened to this “customer service representative” she would’ve done much more to resolve the issue and she would’ve cared.
