I would not go there they don't value your time when you go and arrive early for your appointment they make you wait between 15 and 20 mins but if your like 1 minute late they won't let you go and be seen not to mention when you wait on your therapist ready to be seen and there's another person before you she see him/her and you lose part of your time to that person and even though you get there early and for the phone sessions you aren't guarentee phone call it's going by there time not yours so sum it up I been there almost 4 years and I don't feel like they are doing there job and when I first started to go there they tell you it takes 3 hours just to be seen by 3 people and I don't like waiting and if you try to go and its the appointment your supposed to be seen they call in someone else and they take the other person to your time so I don't recommend to go there it was ok at first but now all they do is just collect mony by the hours and when I am in there i don't even get a full hour's worth just between 30 to 45 mins and I did had an awesome case worker before they made the change

Absolutely terrible. I think they treated me lesser because i have no insurance. First off when i was making an appointment with the main office (this is a chain apparently) I was told by the rep that I could only pay with check because i dont have insurance (really?) so i asked if they would take money order since i do not have any. They said they would and it would be $114 for the visit. On the appointment day i used the google address link to take me there. The address ended up being a farm out side of town. I called the office and the woman said i had to put the address in myself. It worked but was annoying that i had to do so. I got to the office and went to the window. When i went to pay the woman said not only do they take cards that the woman on the phone misquoted me the price. She told me it would be $93 for the med visit the $114 would be for a therapy session. She said i could use the money order but they had no way of refunding me the difference. she could only give me a credit for the remaining amount. I was forced to do this because the closest wells fargo for me to cash it back for free is in georgia. By that time i just about had it. But i waited because im on a specific medication that could be deadly to stop taking if i ran out. They took me back to do the intake which itself wasnt that big a deal because it was just going over the paperwork. After the intake i noticed on my receipt my last name was spelled incorrectly ( this will be important later) i let the intake staff know this was incorrect which she said she would take care of. After that a nurse came in and did vitals. That went fast and she left the room. After sitting in the room for about an 1 hour 45 min the doctor came in. She was asking me about where i wanted my prescription to be filled. I told her at the walmart off the highway. She told me it would be more expensive, by like hundreds of dollars, there than to use their pharmacy there. I told her no its not and told her i was quoted about $4 for my meds with out insurance just the night before. She kept telling me it was going to be more expensive but finally we moved on. This took all but 5 -10 minutes and I was very annoyed that i had to wait almost 2 hours for this interaction. Especially due to the fact i had to drive my wife to work in the Chattanooga (which she was 1 hour late because of this) I left to go and stopped by the front desk to see if in fact they had changed my name. They assured me they did and i went on my way. Later on i stopped by the pharmacy at walmart to pick up my prescription. I gave the pharmacy assistant my name and dob and sure enough they said they didnt have me in the system. So i told them to use the misspelled name and who would of thought they had two of the same prescriptions i needed in that name. Luckily they were not seriously regulated medicines or i probably wouldnt of been able to obtain them due to the misspelling. The pharmacy had me wait about 10 minutes so they could fix the spelling. I then paid my $4 for each prescription and was on my way. I dont understand why the whole ordeal had to go the way it did but i am just glad i got my medication. This place has some serious issues they need to work out.
