Oakley III Thomas J DDS

The service is poor and do not warrant their own work: I had two crowns put in in 2016, and now not even two years later one crown unglued and fell out. I came for appointment to put it back in and they wanted almost $100 to put in. After asking to see if it would be warranted due to it falling out that soon, the lady got upset that I complained about it... I agreed to pay the fee and said that I will not come back again. She notified me that its her Husband ( Dr. Oakley III Thomas J DDS) that did the work and advised that I should go somewhere else.... refused to give me service on a crown that he put in.... I do not recomend going to that place ....

I went to Dr. Oakley in the past and had a lot of respect for him. Not any more. If you want to be treated like LESS than a second class citizen, then go there. I had one appt. and got an extraction, which was necessary but then when I tried to get another appt. for a cap, I apparently was going to be forced into a consultation about the extensive work I needed done, which I didn't want because that would eat into the meager $2000 I had available. Oh, there's much more to this story. Anyways, after calling back and getting the answering machine, I requested that we just do the cap. I called ELEVEN TIMES, always got the answering machine, requested a return call every time, and was never, ever called back. Finally went in today to get my ex rays where they treated me like dirt. I asked Dr. Oakley himself if he didn't think 11 unreturned phone calls was a little ridiculous. Know what he said? We're getting your ex rays and you can find another dentist. Shame on you Dr. Oakley and your staff. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Update: Thanks to Dr.Oakley and his rude receptionist, I ended up finding a new dentist and a GOOD dentist, with a very nice staff. However, because of Dr. Oakley and his staff, the tooth that I went to Oakley to begin with, ended up having to be extracted instead of crowned. My new dentist told me that it probably could have been saved if I had come in a couple months earlier. SO THANK YOU THOMAS OAKLEY, because that was when I came to you in the first place. Honestly I think they just didn't see enough PROFIT because I only had $2000.00 insurance.

Was trying to get an appointment for my wife for an extraction. Was told to seek a oral specialist instead. Now I wouldn't recommend my dog to see this ass hole
