I never leave reviews due to owning a business however we ran out of propane new years eve and Mr highers personally came and filled us up! Lifetime customer now.

My wife and I tried for 3.5 months to get propane service for our new home. We were told you dont meet our minimum requirements, we can get to you next year and a couple companies never even returned our calls. We contacted Highers and within one week we had our tank installed, serviced, copper tubing installed as required and Jeffery the technician showed us how to safely run our fire place. We just bought a new house over the bridge and have run into one major problem after another, one of which was an empty propane tank just before the temps started dropping. The previous owner told us he had just filled it a couple of months ago (in the summer, so not much should have been used), but on day two of the cold front, none of the heaters would turn on. So we went to investigate, and not only were we bone dry, but the valve was leaking, which should have been very apparent to the previous owner. So we called FIVE companies to try and get this darn thing serviced with a response of "we'll put you on a waitlist" or just no callback. Highers Propane answered our call and came out the same day to replace the leaky part and fill the thing up; THANK GOD! Super grateful for the quick response, fast turnaround, friendly face, and knowledgeable service. We HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you!!
