Had an appointment scheduled, no time frame provided - at 3:30 when I did not hear from anyone, I called to check - this is when they let me know they were not coming that day; later at 6:30PM the tech called to let me know they were not coming.. appointment was reschedule for the next day, again no time frame provided; however they did finally show up. A few days later had some water build up in the tank area - I reached out and was advised that a technician on their end noted the area was flooded and I needed to reach out to a plumber. Why not let me know that before I reach back out? Will not use again.

I dreaded having to call around to get someone to pump our septic tank. However, the two guys that came did a great job! Did not take long at all. When the guy dug down to get to the lid, he was careful, and we were so thankful bc our gas line was 4-6" away from the septic tank lid- we didn't even know that!! We we will definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

If any of you try to use they service, please read this. They have a lot of hiding fees. I feel like I have been scam. I had pumping service, they told me the service is $130 per hour which is acceptable, but the guys shows up to my restaurant at 1:20pm and left 3:40pm, and they told me they worked 3 and half hours and telling me they start counting when they step out off the shop and ending they got back to the shop. After they done the jobs, they just telling me $1750 without any paper work. That is ridiculous price.(this invoice I had to call back to the shop few time to lock down the price, but still incorrect)

We've always been pleased with the work that Mid-South does. They're quick to repsond, and clean up after themselves. Would recommend, especially to others in the property managment business.

If you want your head busted then use them. They over charge on services. Do your due diligence and call other companies for quotes. My real estate agent selected them for septic inspection. $500 and they could not provide inspection report same day. This was not a thesis, but a paper form that had two sentences of what the tech found. It took multiple phone calls from me and the agent and two days later before I finally got the report. The sellers who were not living in the house paid for a root treatment and were charged $145 to pump, $100 to dig and $125 for the root treatment. The math did not add up as I paid $500 to have it pumped and "inspected" so why would it need to be pumped again if no one is living there and if so, why was my pump out so much more? The inspection was an employee using a flashlight to look into the tank and taking pictures of the inside, not sure that justifies the added cost there.
