Hannah’s the best!! Referred to Jon’s team the end of last year and Hannah came out to help us, and we liked her from day one! It had been a delightful experience. Excellent with people and well informed in the business - she helped us find the home we love and sold our old one gladly above list price. Thanks Hannah and Jon’s Team! Highly recommended!!

Hannah Smith was our realtor with The Jon Moultrie team and she’s a real deal! She does business with us like we are her family. She works with us with our best interest at heart. She covers details that we would have missed if she didn’t step in and let us know about it. She always gives suggestions and not just leave us alone at our own accord, while respecting our own choices. We’ve had experienced a couple realtors before we met her and I’d say she’s expert, professional and sincere in her job. Best realtor in a best team!

I would never buy a home from this guy . Especially any veterans walk away . We bid the highest on a home and he wanted us to walk away cause we wanted electrical done in a 80 year old home and he asked us to remove it cause he wanted it to appraise so we did . Then we were told by his team 1200 earnest money then he came back at 2500 to get us to walk away cause he had a bid under ours, but he would not have to do electric . He cut electric to back building not wanting to do a good job on a flip he stands to make at least 50,000 after work on and he built floor over a rotten floor that was not pulled up first . We knew all this and it would have been a precious home done right by us as our retirement home and he stands to make a large profit ,but he wanted to be in control cause he had someone to bid under that did not know . Also the earnest money would have been fine it goes to me at closing , but he put that if I did not have buyers inspection in 5 days, I would forfeit my earnest money,and I did not have control over that the bank would , who does that !He is very arrogant 🙄 walk away !

My wife and I were relocated to Memphis for job opportunities. Though we were moving 8 hours away to a new city we fortunately had a family friend who was familiar with the area and asked us to reach out to Jon. Luckily we did as Jon and his team were great through the entire process of home buying. This was my wife's and my first time buying a home, and in a competitive market Jon was always willing to get us to go see a new listing most times of the day. Both of us were very impressed with Jon and all the help provided through the process and will forward any home buyer looking for a good realtor to Jon. We are very grateful for everything he provided and the insights he provided.

Really listen to your needs and offer options to meet your goals. Very knowledgeable about areas, trends, and the market. Very obvious Jon and the team actual care about their clients. Wouldn't use anyone else!
