I decided to try this company last year. I paid in advance for the year Feb. or March of 2023. I did not like their service so I was not going to renew. I notified them on Jan. 4, 2024 that I would not be renewing and was told they treated my yard on the 3rd and owed for that. I don't know if they did or not. I informed them I agreed for a year and paid in advance for a year which I thought would be March to March. The person said the industry standard was till the end of Dec. & they renewed me automatically. I had hired another co. for 2024. Reminded me of car dealers, when they used to put signs saying we are not responsible for any damage to your car while being serviced. Just because you say something does not make it so. They're saying we did not have permission to spray but we did so you owe us because we want your money.

The worst customer serviceI have ever had. I received a bill for $47.00 and called and talked to the rudest girl telling her I pay annually and would like to pay the annual fee. She said i had to pay the $47.00 for February because the annual fees end the first of every year and are continued unless you cancel. I paid the annual fee in April of 2023 and was wanting to pay it today but she would not do it unless I paid the $47.00. I sent the money in and will never do business with a company that has an employee that does not listen to a customer.

Great lawn treatment, but office management is flawed. We have used Beauty Lawn for multiple years, always pre-paying early in the year for the 7% discount. We missed the deadline for the early discount by 6 days. Chris in the office said he couldn't talk to the owner about making an exception until this past Monday. This is 3 days later and I hadn't heard from him, so I called. This time the owner is on vacation so he cannot give me an answer until 11 days from now. I paid for the 1 treatment they've already done and told him don't bother the owner, I'll go elsewhere. Bummer. I'm going to try Herbi-Systems. They said I get a 10% discount there for pre-paying. Not such a bummer after all!
