Great communication and service! Brenda responded to my request right away and we booked it for the following week. Their prices are fair and they got our house spotless. I would definitely use them again.

BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM BUSY BEE CLEANING. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Charged $90 for initial cleaning. During this cleaning, the cleaning lady broke a statue of ours. The statue cost around $92 or $93. We had to argue with the owner, Brenda Pike, who responded with "mistakes happen". While we would agree, we also believe in a company making those mistakes correct. Brenda Pike eventually (after considerable time) ordered us a new statue and said she would have to take this out of the cleaning lady's pay. Wow. So, this company has no problem accepting all the reward of the 100% of payments but apparently passes all of the risk along to their employees. Then the harassment began. Brenda Pike's daughter, Kim Pike, contacted us with an email plea to reimburse the cleaning lady for the statue they had broken. Again...Wow. We ignored the email but then she began texting my wife. Wife instructed her to stop harassment but then she began to send inappropriate pictures to my wife's phone. I responded with a picture of the text messages to this Kim Pike with a demand she cease this inappropriate behavior. I immediately received an inappropriate picture in response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Brenda and the Busy Bee Cleaning staff exceed my expectations every visit. They take great care of my home and are efficient, detailed, and genuinely kind people! Their rates are MUCH more reasonable than the large commercial companies. i.e. Molly Maids, etc. Highly recommended!
