Overall my experience with Guidance residential was a good and easy one. I am a first time home buyer so it was a bit uneasy for me and at times overwhelming, but Papa Dieng, my loan officer, made the process as peaceful as he could. Elhamdulillah. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

The process was smooth and well explained. My agent was Abu Baqibillah. He did an excellent job and was responsive to my inquiries and questions. The law office where the closing took place had also positive things to say and mentioned that Guidance is easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I have now worked with Guidance twice. First in 2017 as a first-time home buyer and then just last month for refinancing to avail better rates. Both times I worked with Mr. Ejaz Ahmad who worked diligently to answer all my questions and guide me throughout the process. Mr. Ejaz is very responsive and professional. I really appreciated that he accommodated my schedule and assisted me on many occasions in evenings and over weekends. I highly recommend Guidance Residential and Mr. Ejaz --especially if you are new to the home buying process.
