        Carols tea have been cleaning my home for years.  They are thorough , flexible and kind.   They pay attention to detail.  It is a total treat to come home after they have cleaned., it always smells so good.   Great company, wonderful crew. Highly recommend !

        They are closed. They can't even update their address, if they have moved. They don't answer the phone either. No idea what services they offer, I can't get hold of them. The address online is a church now.

        We have used this service several times over the past four years. Benchmark previously provided great service. However, in the past year, the professionalism and customer service has become unacceptable. The owner, Carol, was rude and unprofessional when we requested a cleaning. We were shocked by the way Carol treated us when we simply asked for a cleaning. I have never had a such a negative experience with a business owner. We will never use Benchmark again due to the way Carol treated us. I have friends who have also had issues with this company and they no longer use Carol due to issues of unprofessionalism, maids leaving early, and charging for a deep clean when it is unwarranted.
