I built my house in 2008. In 2016 the springs started to fail. I called Cornerstone. They replaced the spring. 2021 the garage door opener failed. Cornerstone replaced the opener. 2022, the recommended garage door opener failed 3 months later out of the 12-month warranty. Cornerstone got in my pocket for a few hundred dollars. 2023 The garage door failed again 9 months later. Cornerstone came out and instead of accepting responsibility, they charged me for the reinforcement of the door. The opener install caused a buckling of my door. I kept throwing money at this problem thinking it was the door. WELL, IT WAS CORNERSTONE THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. They did not install the opener correctly which cost me almost as much as a new door would cost. Now I have a bent garage door and a recommendation that Cornerstone replace the door all together in a year or two. Guess what? $1000s. Hmmm.....

Great response and service! Came out on a Sunday within hours of our phone call. Our garage door spring/coil broke and they were able to get it repaired quickly. Really nice and fair pricing, too.

Called for info & estimate. Courteous and friendly. Receptionist said she would have Christy email us some info/catalogs. We went ahead and scheduled a consult anyway. He showed no samples but left brochures and told us to call the office with our questions and/or estimates in anything of interest. A couple of days later, I spoke to C~ and told her what we were interested in for proposals. She stated that she would gather the info and email to me. When I still didn't receive any emails from C~ after a week, I called the office and left a message with the receptionist. Two days and we still haven't heard from them.

Cornerstone installed Two Garage Door openers at our home today. The two installers could not have been any more polite or efficient. If you need this service they are a must-call. I am very thankful that I chose to call them for service at our home!
