Mid TN Dentistry

Ms. Ronetta the front staff was so nice to me despite my insurance problem. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She stayed on the phone and made them understand. She made my experience at this location. She went above and beyond. And the dentist staff was also nice and welcoming. They educated me on stuff and gave me suggestions for my dental care. I definitely suggest them to anyone in the area!

The staff is amazing! Mrs Ranetta is great! She Explains everything and gives you your options. They definitely care about whats best for the patient.

This is one unprofessional place ! I got off work 3 times to make it to my appointment but they told me that Dr. Candice Lee was out of town when I was on way to them the first time . The second time they used an excuse that I wasnt scheduled for an appointment and the third time which was today 6/8/2021 , the office is closed and is under renovation. Alyssa which was the customer associate told me that when I was on my way to the office . All these times not once they bothered to call me and let me know ahead about my appointments being canceled due to their own problems . The staff are very unprofessional. Even when I go in the office Im always waiting ~ 1 hour just to get done my cleanings done . I am done with this place . I just wanted to tell you guys to avoid Mid TN dentistry in general ! They like wasting peoples time.

I dont normally enjoy going to the dentist, so I was really nervous about my first appointment with a new dental clinic, but Im happy to say that Mid TN Dentistry - Antioch exceeded my expectations. From a clean facility to amazing, friendly staff, I was so impressed with my experience. I definitely recommend this place, especially for nervous dentist goers like me!
