Purchased home in a new subdivision. I would recommend being advised before closing that the builders start working at 7am on Saturday and Sundays. Recommend the workers cleaning up after themselves. We are picking up trash that has blown in our yard everyday after they finish working because you definitely dont want to be fined by the HOA for the builder mess. Our driveway is full of mud from the workers walking in and out of our yard at least clean up after yourself. And lastly I've had to replaced 5 tires so far from riding over nails. Now for the inside of the home. Random spots in the carpet have nails sticking out that seem to have not been hammered all the way in. There are spot on the wall that we clearly didnt do as if they were trying to fill in holes. As well as there was a mark on the ceiling like possible leaking they added extra coat of paint to cover it. Being this was our 1st time purchasing I would recommend getting your own inspector as well to point out these things.
