We had a positive experience with Wren and the crews of Hardwood Refinishers and Installations. Wren was very thorough in his quote process and was willing to negotiate on the price of the installation. We installed bamboo floors, which some companies were unwilling to do (which, by the way, we LOVE our bamboo floors and find them to be extremely durable!).
I waited a year after the installation to write this review so we could experience the floors through all four seasons. They have held up extremely well through the cold of winter and the heat of summer. The installation job is good. There are a few places where we've found larger than ideal seams, but otherwise their work was solid.
The crews were okay about keeping the job site clean. Dust is to be expected with demo, but we had a lot of cleanup after the job was complete with the glue used to install the floors. This was the only con.
Overall, we were impressed with this company's responsiveness, timeliness, and work ethics.
