I'm happy to recommend K construction.
They've done relatively straightforward jobs such as replacing a sliding glass door and all my interior doors; insulating, rocking, and painting my garage. More recently they remodeled a bathroom, which turned out lovely.
For each project, the crew was skilled, knowledgeable, and listened to me, which was greatly appreciated. They were quick to reply when I had questions or concerns...and really patient when I was not so patient.
The best way I can endorse K construction is to state that in the last month I've asked them to renovate my master bathroom and closet.
They are my go-to team.

K Construction built my sunroom a few years ago a did a fabulous job. They are very professional, VERY hard workers and left my yard spotless. They worked a full days work, sometimes from 6:00AM until 8:00 or 9:00PM. They were always available for any questions I may have had and gave me some wonderful ideas on how to improve the plans to make it the best for my family.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND K CONSTRUCTION. You will be happy you chose this great company!!!

We have been clients of K Construction since we purchased our current home on Burleigh Street in late 2018 and have been happy with all of the work they have done for us. Initially we needed them to take care of some deferred maintenance itemsa new roof and new siding. They completed these projects in a timely manner and with obvious excellent workmanship so we decided to contract them to do a couple of other outdoor projects for us. They built a 4th car garage and rebuilt an old deck into a screened porch, covered deck and open deck, all of which we were extremely pleased with. These additions to the house were built to compliment the original house and actually improve the visual appeal of the house. We then began on the inside of the house. They replaced all of the flooring in the house, remodeled two bathrooms, removed wallpaper and painted and completed many other small projects in the house as they came up. The quality of their finishing work in the house was amazing. Several times they had to craft new pieces to add something we wanted to change in the house and all of those projects match the original woodwork in the house. Most recently they replaced the majority of windows and patio doors in the house. Throughout all of these projects we have been pleased with the work done by K Construction. The quality of work they do is excellent. Their employees are hardworking and pleasant to deal with. They are dependable, show up when they say they will and clean up after themselves. They are helpful in their advice and recommendations as they work on a project and are just an overall outstanding group of people. Judy and Roger Willcut
