Was put in contact with Bill Ortmeier of Stein Sign Display in Watertown, SD through the fine people at ESCO Manufacturing of Webster SD. I was in the market for a special made neon type sign for my garage bar. Bill took my simple idea and turned it into a 24" x 24" sign that exceeded my expectations. Bill was great to work with and happy to make any adjustments I wanted. I felt the price was very reasonable for a special made product. Sam and his team bailed us out of a jam by expediting a graphic print and install. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Where some companies call and ask if you’re ok with a less than great product, Stein Sign stopped and did it right. We will be back.

My friend and I were traveling out of town, and we thought we just needed to air up her tire in Groton. Turns out, it was a little more serious and the tire went completely flat about a mile out of town. As we pulled over to the side of the road, we figured it would be at least an hour before we could get roadside assistance. Before we could even attempt to call someone, we look up and see a huge truck pull up behind us. Turns out Jeremy and Josh from Stein Sign Display were our angels of the day. They immediately got to work, found our spare, and had us back on the road in 15 minutes! We couldn’t say thank you enough. In this world, things like this just don’t happen anymore. These 2 employees are incredible people, and represent their company so well! What a great culture Stein Sign Display must have to employee individuals that embody this kind of compassion for strangers! In a moment of frustration, this certainly reminds us that there are still wonderful people in this world. The act of kindness is truly powerful.
