Marks ability to communicate and his many years of exsperiance proved to be a great investment when choosing him to do the home inspecting n prior to our new house purchase proved to be a great investment. Would recommend mark for anybody looking for a home inspector. He works for you and nobody else and tells it how it is.

Mark's inspection of our first home was prompt, very thorough, and competitively priced. He showed us everything that he found at the house so we would easily understand the report. He also performed a radon test and the results were easy to understand. I would not hesitate to use Lanser's Inspection Services again!
