        The level of care is terrible. Hire another hospice please. If you care about your loved one do not sign up with these people!

        What a joke. I stopped in to find out how many payments I had left and the woman couldn't tell me! The billing department didn't answer the phone, which I have found typical. She gave me an answer and said I hope this is right out I will feel bad... Glad to be done with them!

        The staff and hospitalists are friendly and caring, the doctors are are competent, however, they do not make dependable rounds. After surgery, you may never see your surgeon again while there. It is put on you to contact them if you have questions regarding your surgery. It feels like you no longer matter to them once they have completed their procedure. I suggest going to Mayo or Sanford for more complete care.
