I am actually writing this a bit unsure of wanting to or not because the owners are always so friendly the staff obviously is doing the best they can to be while striving to keep the 'fast' in fast food. However this has happened twice now and it concerns me that if I'm experiencing it then is this a common practice? Example: ordered chicken basket added a drink and a combo burger meal that came with the drink. The price seemed more than the quick tally of what i seen on the menu i was ordering from...fast forward to the part where the owner actually apologized for the confusion with a gift card for practically what i had spent and i thought WOW! Thats totally awesome of DQ/owners...then i go thru again after well not really have gone lately (because the cost of living is getting a bit higher and fast food is a luxury or Treat if you will) i scanned the menu which is pretty much the same and decided im trying the new thing "4 pc rotissorie chicken with ummm gravy and let me add a diet pop and then a number 4 with a rootbeer." Figured based on the scan of the prices it would be just under 20 bucks (what i budgeted) then i heard that 24.something (89 maybe) i pull foward puzzled because my chicken was 6.09 and a large pop ...remebered one of the kids in our family said oh yeah you HAVE to say a size or they charge you for the biggest one which is like 2.49 (smh at that thought because even mcDs asks if you wanna supersize) 8.59 plus tax like 60 cents mean the cheeseburger fries and drink included had to be like 15 bucks??? I mentioned this thought process while waiting in line and got the same baffled look from my daughter like um yeah that doesnt sound right. So i began to question at the window. After questioning and correcting the wrong chicken order the extra sauce chrg for something that says its included and the automatic upcharge on the drinks my total came to 17.85 about...like 6 bucks less and I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WAS ORDERING no other longer wait for food or having to pull aside to redo my chicken... So i wonder if i would have not asked and just paid the 25 bucks would i have gotten exactly the same 4 chicken pieces and a cheeseburger (i know im exaggerationg a little) 2 cups of fries i got anyway. Not sure dont wanna accuse without proof but after 2 times of this happening i wonder and kinda dont wanna always be 'THAT' customer whos double checks and breaks out my calculator or analyzes my reciept everytime so maybe i just wont go...but then what? (I mean i know no fast food and prolly more healthy just)...ugh Im not trying to be awful but thats a major difference in price and why have i felt overcharged (yes corrected after more effort than i want to on fast food) both times?

They dont know how to make a royal blizzard and when I tried to explain how its supposed to be made they said well thats your preference. The entire bottom half was plain vanilla ice cream. There was no strawberry filling in it. I didnt actually taste any strawberry I think they just put in a tiny bit so it would look kind of red on top. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream I wouldve just gone to the grocery store and paid 5$ for a gallon instead of the $8 I paid for this. I literally threw it away. The burger was good looks burnt but it was good. Im also in the restaurant business and completely understand staffing issues but please train them on how to make your items. I had a long horrible day and all I wanted was my favorite blizzard and I spent my hard earned money on garbage.
