        The team that I worked with was excellent in every which way. I ordered a mannequin that our agency needed for a 6-week training starting a couple of months out. Unfortunately, the item was on back-order (due to the manufacturer and supply chain). I was notified of the delayed shipping almost immediately and then Heiman proceeded to contact the manufacturer and call me with different options that could be shipped immediately.
