This is my favorite Verizon store. I bought my Z Fold5 here, and since I'm coming here only.
Good customer service, friendly faces, and above all, knows what they are doing.

A very disappointing experience. I get checked in wondering why the guy who checked me in or the Manager sitting at a table playing on his I-Pad can't help me but, ok. After 15 minutes walking around the store and standing 5 feet away from the Managers desk for another 5 minutes, six Verizon employees all standing around the Manager, not one asking me if I've been helped, feeling invisible at this point. I decide to try a different store. I noticed three of the employee's watching me drive away. Verizon stores are the worst. Went to a private store, "Wireless World" where I was in and out in 15 minutes.
