        The Therapist removed himself from my child's medical team. He was forceful with words, threatening, she did not feel safe or comfortable talking to him. Anytime I talked to him he would refer to other children at first having no clue who my child was. When she was release it was recommended she attend outpatient services and then I was called to let me know that my child wasn't able to attend those because he was running them. So I am left with a very high risk child, and having to try and figure out a way to keep her alive. My child was also threatened to have her life taken away by another patient and and the staff only took away that person's free time. My child has been there 2 times and has learned nothing.

        Avera failed me and my kids... had to get an emergency involuntary hold for my husband, and they didn't consider anything I was concerned about. Now he's out and I can't do anything. My kids are living in fear and there's nothing I can do. Let's just give someone medication and call it good. Don't call the spouse after you say you will update on any change and release.

        Well, I was wrong about the partial program. I missed a few days due to my meds, and they literally kicked me out of the program. No offer for alternative help, no offer to get me back in the program if I changed some meds around. These people dont care about you. We are all just cattle, pushed thru programs. You are not your own person here. I give 0 stars

        Horrible experience, i tried to change my Psychiatrist because i was uncomfortable with them, they berated the hell out of me and made me feel more uncomfortable, im now in the proccess of changing doctors, ive been without my mood stabilizer for 2 DAYS NOW, & for the last 2 days I've called them every 2 hours during business hours and waited on hold to talk to a nurse to no avail. They said that they were "waiting for her to sign on the med refill" never happened. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
