        Be very careful that you know what you are purchasing..... points that expire...but the "gotcha" is that they don't tell you that up front. I'm hundreds of dollars in the red. No response at local store. Told to 'call corporate." Will see if i get a response.

        Schedule an online appointment receive confirmation from Taylor that I would get a phone call today which is Saturday the 17th at 10:30 never received a phone call poor customer service

        Sadly, theres no customer guarantee. If the program doesnt work for you, their response is, Im so sorry it doesnt work for you, and you still pay. So far, Ive paid $800, and Ive lost two pounds. Yupyou read that right$400 a pound. And I call to cancel today, am Im told I get to pay another $800 before I can cancel and walk away. But, again, theyre sorry. Super helpful, right? The fact that theyre sorry does SO much. Absolute trash company that obviously doesnt truly care about their customersthey just care about that dollar bill. Any customer that might be considering Profile by Sanford, Id recommend that you walk away. There are far better ways to spend $1600. For me, a better way would have been lighting my cash on fire, but, again, thats just me.
