Quick Health Urgent Care

This is the first negative review I have ever written. I was quoted $85 for the labs that would be run which is the only reason I agreed to it. They checked and ran it through my insurance to be sure. I then received a bill in the mail for almost $600. Turns out they ran the labs through a 3rd party which was not covered by my insurance. After speaking with a nurse I was advised to call the manager whose name I believe was Lisa. I attempted to call the manager 5 plus left times and voicemails as well as messages with nurses and she didn't have the courtesy to even call back. Awful customer relations. I ended up just paying the ridiculous bill and certainly won't be going back.

I really liked the online check in so we could wait until closer to the actual time to head to the clinic instead of waiting there forever. Brought my son in for strep when they came back negative they tested for influenza which was positive. We will use them again!
