Not only do they build quality website user experiences through their design and technical expertise, their service after launch has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone I've worked with has been professional, very responsive, and they have helped our website traffic grow tremendously since launch.

I was referred to EP and reached out for a proposal when our company needed to rebuild our website. While I did not ultimately go with EP's proposal for this particular project, I had a very positive experience with the team.
The team was very communicative they responded to my initial request promptly to schedule a call so they could learn more about our company and our online goals. With this in-depth understanding, the team then put together a scope of work/proposal for the project.
They delivered this proposal in a timely manner (I think a week or two), which was helpful for my own timeline but also enough turnaround time after the call that it was clear they put thought and time into my unique project, vs. sending a boilerplate proposal.
The proposal was extremely thorough in setting expectations in regards to the timelines for each stage of the project, what would be included in each stage of the project and the reasoning behind each recommendation, and the overall investment.
The team was diligent to follow up to answer any questions I might have had.
It was clear to me from this experience that the EP is extremely knowledgeable about website development, professional, and communicative with clients and potential clients.
While this proposal wasn't the right fit for us for this particular project, I won't hesitate to reach out to them in the future for other projects.
