We had a few issues, but the local owner reached out personally to talk to us about the situation and went up and beyond to make everything better. Because of her, we will be trying again. Thank you!

Update/edit: A manager got in contact with us and fixed the situation. I work for a restaurant and understand mistakes happen, and they took care of it very quickly! Thanks guys! Couldn’t even tell you if the delivery took long or not. The deliverer dropped the pizza off on our doorstep and left. My family was all downstairs so we had no idea. Didn’t ring the doorbell or anything. Considering it’s -6° outside our pizza got pretty cold

My previous review suggested that I didn't think FoodDudes could be blamed for inaccurate orders. However... every other delivery service lacks the issue this one does. It's mind boggling how often they scsrew up and don't care. I've been on the phone with someone who said she was one of the founding members of the organization and, despite her assurance of equal frustration, absolutely nothing has changed. This is a horrible service that only existed as a stop-gap until we got some sort of reasonable service in this area.

Best Service Ever!! When I ordered from Food Dudes I am always satisfied because they deliver the food still hot! i i never had a bad experience with this company 🙂 Thanks Food Dudes!
