Only check I receive with 90 days limit. Now I have an expired check (or it expires to today) and no way to get in touch with these folks. They have a robot answering the phone and promise to respond by email. When they can. If they can't answer the phone will they answer email???

This company sends fake checks which are uncashable.

WATCH THE FINE PRINT! We were paid on time, but one check was misplaced and not cashed within the 90 days which they put on the check in very fine print. I hope we can get it replaced.

These people are scared. They are cowards. They handle other people's money, and they hide behind fake phone numbers. Metavante is a criminal organization. Do not trust them.

Be very careful of these folks if your bank uses them for bill pay service. They pay your bills out of their own funds BEFORE collecting them from your bank account. This is a great customer service technique, and makes sure that payments are received on time by your merchants. However, if the funds are not there, they will attempt to take them from your account 3 or even 4 times (or more...), until the funds actually appear, and that can cause massive NSF fees to be accrued to your account. Again, this is a great service, but be very careful, due to to the way that this is carried out.
