First PREMIER Bank

So 1 other person has separated the reviews saying the Bank is separate from the Credit Card. It is NOT. However when I Google Maps searched for First Premier Bank Credit Card, it showed up as being the same COMPANY. SO, I have been using their Credit Card now for 1 month shy of 8 years, I have found many negative reviews on the Company. Very, very, few positive reviews. Most of the negative reviews were by people who have no understanding of what Credit is or how to use it. So in this review I will attempt to be fair as possible. As a longstanding user of the Bank issued Credit Card, interest rate is high both cards are 36%. So after 8 years still at 36% interest, caveat emptor = buyer beware. Last item to deal with is AUTO PAY = DINOSAUR TAKES 2 MONTHS TO GET AUTO PAY TO DRAW OFF OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. Simply put just remember to pay it online or if CSR HELPS YOU IT'S $11.00 PLUS WHAT EVER YOU PAY.

I've had an account with FPB for several years. I've had my ups and downs with them. Unfortunately when we have our downs they are huge and typically nobody at the bank has wanted to help me work through them. Because of this FPB would have gotten a 1, maybe 2 star review from me. Then I discovered what I believe to be the best employee in the whole damn company. Nicci helped me work through a couple negative things and never acted like it was a huge inconvenience to assist me like every other banker I ever worked with there. Nicci and her great customer service skills are quite literally the only thing keeping my account at FPB. If not for her I'd probably have accounts somewhere else.

First off... this is a review of the Bank, not the Bankcard. They are separately run companies. I have used First Premier Bank for almost 10 years. I have done three car loans and one house loan with them and I am very very satisfied. The staff are great and very easy to work with.
