Worst experience ever with a florist. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The manager/owner has 0 customer service and is extremely rude. They substituted a floral arrangement that I ordered when i specifically unchecked the box that says its ok to do that. The replacement bouquet was not even close to being the same as the one I ordered. When I explained the situation to the manager she was completely rude and could have cared less. After about ten mins. of explaining that the bouquet was unacceptable she told me "fine I will give you all your money back, I'm done with this", but it never happened she lied just to get off the phone. Very unprofessional. I wish I would have read her other google reviews before using them. Never Again. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Do yourself a favor and please DO NOT consider being a customer of Forget-me-not Floral in Rapid City,a business that treats customers who are at their most vulnerable badly. Not only were they extremely rude to my sister and me when we expressed our dismay over a very shabby but certainly not cheap floral arrangement that arrived at our brother's funeral, but when we asked where the yellow roses that we had requested were (there were none), Michelle accused us of trying to scam the business! Though their web site says 100 per cent satisfaction, that is simply not true.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother the day before Mother's Day. The order was apparently "lost" and did not end up being delivered until 8:00 P.M. Regardless of whether they added in a box of chocolates and completed the order, it completely eliminated the element of surprise as I had to tell my mother earlier in the day that I didn't think her order was going to arrive. I called to explain my frustration to the manager, Michelle, today and she was unbelievably defensive and downright rude. I am not one to express my disdain in a review but I feel it very appropriate to let people know the poor quality of service I received!

Do not use this business! I ordered a fruit/nut/ trail mix/floral basket online for 52.00 and when it got delivered to the hospital it was fruit and a small plant. I called the business to have them correct their error, and the manager was incredibly rude. I asked her to make it right by delivering the nuts and trail mix that were supposed to be part of the gift, and she said, "we can go pick it up and make a new one" WOW! She wanted to take back the gift she just delivered instead of just taking what it was missing. She sux at customer service. It was their mistake, they should have corrected it. I will NEVER use this business again. Beware of their false advertising!

From time to time we forget special days, like birthdays. On this particular occasion I forgot my friends birthday!! Yikes. Sharon was able to help me with a plant/floral arrangement to be delivered on the same day! Thanks so much for your excellent customer service!
