We received a bid for $4400 and accepted it. A day later I get a call saying that the pricing was wrong and the cost was now $6500. I told the estimator to see what they could do and they said they would talk to their boss. They call back an hour later and say We can save almost $400. Sorry no integrity means no business from my family. If you send a bid you stick to it.

Above and beyond our expectations! Nathan, Justin, Orlando, and more. This team of professionals is honest, courteous, punctual, educated in their craft. We did our research beforehand and checked 3 different companies before making our decision. They weren't the cheapest and not the most expensive. What stood apart was how Nathan Parkin was so honest, patient, empathetic, straight forward, and stayed with us for 3 years prior to fixing our home's foundation with no promise that we would use him but he offered his expertise and advise all along the way. His crew was super friendly and great at what they did. This is a company you can fully trust and you can be confident that they are the right choice in your home repair.
PS Nathan even went the extra mile and insulated our campervan conversion with the polyfill!

When the inspector arrived at the house he took a great deal of time listening to all of my concerns. He was empathetic and very thorough. He put my mind at ease. Should I have any problems in the future I would definitely reach out to them!
