        All neurologists should have knowledge of apraxia and aphasia. Dr Cwach asked questions that Ron could not answer even though he knows everything she asked. Holding up a pen and asking "what is this?". Of course Ron knows what a pen is. His only words he says spontaneously are "yes, no, thank you". Otherwise he tries to repeat words. Also, she asked right paralyzed Ron to lift his arm. Then asked him to move his hand. He gave me the look, "you've got to be kidding". He has his critical thinking skills and can direct me to assemble things, or do repairs, gives direction, etc. HE IS IN THERE, he just can't talk.
