We purchased a computer system, our credit card was charged immediately, we received the credit card statement and paid the bill before we ever heard anything about the computer being ready. They had our email address, but "lost" our phone number. I had to call twice to find out what was going on. Finally, I get a message that the computer was ready to pick up. We went to pick up and stood at the owner's desk waiting for him to greet us. Then, he couldn't be bothered to get off his butt to collect our purchase. We had to ask for assistance taking everything to our vehicle. Once we had a new desk set up, we began to unbox the new system and discovered we had been sold a busted monitor. The box showed no damage at all so we can only assume that Grahek Technology never bothered to look at the product they are selling. Worthless. After they fix the problem I will delete this review and never do business with them again.

Very unprofessional, zero communication, and no sense of urgency whatsoever to finish our install. This transaction was supposed to be done over two months ago and we are still constantly calling, emailing, texting and getting minimal if any answers. We were trying to have our doors open for business weeks ago but we are unable to since we're still waiting for Chad to finish his job. There's much more to this list of negative reviews but I'll just save us all the time and let you know to go somewhere else.

It was very neat. However, expect large groups. Not probably the best place to go if there is only one or two of you golfing. They had very friendly staff And it was very clean.
